REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE
SINNED - Romans 3:23, "..For all have sinned and fall
short of the glory of God.."
REALIZE THE WAGES OF SIN - Romans 6:23, " For
the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life
in Christ Jesus our Lord."
REALIZE YOU ARE LOVED - Romans 5:8, "..But God
demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still
sinners, Christ died for us."
REALIZE YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY IN ACCEPTING SALVATION
- Romans 10:8-13, 'But what does it say? "The word is
near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the
word of faith we are proclaiming: That if you confess with your
mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God
raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your
heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your
mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says,
"Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame." For there
is no difference between Jew and Gentile-- the same Lord is Lord
of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, "Everyone
who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
A Simple Prayer
Dear Jesus, I'm lonely and empty. Please
change my life. I believe that just as you have forgiven others,
you can forgive me today. Please forgive me of my sins and save
me from the torment of an empty life and an eternal hell. I
accept you as my Savior. I accept your pardon and forgiveness. I
accept you as my Lord.

When
we turned our lives over to Jesus we let him become the driver
and us the passenger. It was such a comfort and joy to know that
someone was in control of our lives that knew what they were
doing. He knows what lies around the next corner, He knows how
fast we can take the curves , and He knows how to maintain us
and keep us going. Unfortunately, we can not resist playing the
backseat driver at times. God will not force us to go down the
roads that He knows are best. How wise we are when we remember
how it was in the beginning and allow Him to take us where He
wills
